Lumiere Privee operates as a professional coordination service connecting clients with independent companions for social occasions, business dinners, events and companionship arrangements.
We coordinate introductions and handle logistics. We do not employ companions. Each companion operates as an independent professional making her own decisions about which arrangements she accepts and what she's comfortable with.
What We Provide: Coordination, verification, booking management and client support.
What We Don't Provide: We do not control, direct or manage companions' personal choices or interactions during arrangements.
No Guarantees of Chemistry: While we carefully match clients and companions based on preferences and experience, we cannot guarantee personal compatibility or chemistry.
Availability Not Guaranteed: Companion availability varies by city, season and advance notice. We cannot guarantee specific companions will be available for your requested dates, especially during peak seasons or with short notice.
Limited Service Areas: We operate exclusively in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville and Marbella/Costa del Sol areas. We cannot arrange services in other Spanish cities or internationally.
Seasonal Variations: Marbella operations are heavily seasonal (peak June–September). Availability and rates vary significantly between peak and off-peak periods.
Language Capabilities: While companions typically speak multiple languages, we cannot guarantee specific language fluency beyond Spanish and English. Advanced language requirements should be discussed during booking.
Independent Contractors: Companions are independent professionals, not employees. Lumiere Privee is not liable for their actions, agreements, interactions or any issues arising during arrangements beyond our coordination role.
Client Conduct: You are responsible for your own behaviour, legal compliance and treatment of companions. We are not liable for consequences of your actions.
Third-Party Services: If your arrangement involves restaurants, hotels, events or other third-party venues, we are not responsible for their services, policies or any issues arising from their operations.
Medical or Health Issues: We are not liable for any health, medical or safety issues that may arise. Clients must ensure they're physically and mentally fit to participate in arranged activities.
Lost or Damaged Property: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property during arrangements.
Financial Disputes: Payment disputes between clients and companions regarding tips, gifts or any financial matters beyond the agreed booking fee are not our responsibility.
Photo Accuracy: While we verify all companion photos are current and accurate, minor variations in appearance may occur due to lighting, styling or natural changes over time.
