By using Lumiere Privee's services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years or older. All companions are 18 years or older. We verify this strictly.
Respectful Conduct: You must treat companions with respect at all times. Inappropriate behaviour, aggression or disrespect results in immediate arrangement termination without refund.
Legal Compliance: Our service operates as professional companionship for social occasions, dinners, events and time spent together. Clients and companions are responsible for ensuring their own conduct complies with all applicable laws.
Honest Communication: Provide accurate information during booking. If you misrepresent yourself, your situation or your intentions, we reserve the right to cancel without refund.
Companion Autonomy: Companions are independent professionals who decide what they're comfortable with. They can decline or end any arrangement at their discretion. You agree to respect those boundaries completely.
Advance Notice: We require minimum 48 hours notice for bookings in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Seville. Marbella requires one week minimum during peak season (June–September). Same-day bookings rarely work and cannot be guaranteed.
Deposits: Extended arrangements (8+ hours) require 30% deposit to confirm booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled time.
Payment: Full payment is due at the start of your arrangement unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer or credit cards through our secure payment processor.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel with 48+ hours notice and receive full refund minus deposit. Cancel within 24–48 hours and forfeit deposit but owe nothing further. Cancel within 24 hours or no-show and you're charged the full agreed amount.
Pricing: Rates are quoted upfront and confirmed before booking. Extended arrangements may have negotiated rates. Tips are appreciated but never required or expected.
Modifications: Changes to booking time, location or companion require 24 hours notice when possible. We'll accommodate when we can but cannot guarantee availability for last-minute changes.
Intellectual Property: All content on lumiereprivee.com including photos, text and design is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without written permission.
Photo Usage: Companion photos are provided for selection purposes only. Downloading, sharing, posting or using these photos elsewhere is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Prohibited Actions: You may not attempt to contact companions directly outside our coordination process. You may not scrape our website, copy our content or use our platform for anything beyond booking legitimate companionship services.
Account Security: If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining its security. Don't share login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
No Guarantees: While we carefully match clients and companions, we cannot guarantee chemistry or compatibility. If an arrangement clearly isn't working within the first 30 minutes, contact us and we'll find a solution.
Availability: Companion availability varies by city and season. We cannot guarantee specific companions will be available for your dates.
Service Areas: We operate only in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville and Marbella/Costa del Sol. We cannot arrange services in other cities.
Limitation of Liability: Lumiere Privee acts as coordination service connecting clients with independent companions. We are not liable for actions, agreements or interactions between clients and companions beyond our coordination role.
Dispute Resolution: If issues arise, contact us immediately and we'll work to resolve them fairly. Most problems are solved through direct communication.
Refund Policy: Refunds for unsatisfactory service are handled case-by-case based on specific circumstances. Document any issues immediately for fastest resolution.
Your Privacy: We protect your information absolutely. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our Discretion: We expect clients to maintain discretion about our service. Don't publicly identify companions or share details that could compromise their privacy or safety.
We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use after updates means you accept new terms. Significant changes will be communicated to recent clients.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts in the city where services were provided.
