Payment Information: We do not store credit card details ourselves. All payment processing happens through third-party processors who handle your financial information according to their own privacy policies. Your billing statements show generic company names, never "Lumiere Privee" or anything identifying our service.
We do not collect unnecessary personal information. We don't ask about your employer, your family situation, where you live permanently or anything beyond what's needed to coordinate your arrangement properly.
We use collected information solely for coordinating your arrangement, communicating with you and improving our service.
Coordinating Your Arrangement: Matching you with appropriate companions, scheduling meetings, handling logistics and ensuring everything works as discussed.
Communication: Sending booking confirmations, answering questions, providing companion contact information and handling any issues that arise.
Service Improvement: Understanding which cities get the most requests, which types of arrangements work best and how we can improve our coordination process.
We never use your information for marketing unless you explicitly request to be contacted about future visits. We never sell your information to third parties. We never share your details with anyone outside our internal coordination team.
Once your arrangement concludes, we delete most information within 30 days. We keep minimal records only for operational purposes.
What Gets Deleted: Specific booking details, companion preferences, arrangement specifics and most communication history.
What We Keep: Extremely limited records necessary for accounting and to recognise repeat clients. This includes confirmation that you used our service, approximate dates and which city. No sensitive details remain.
If you request complete deletion of all records, we accommodate that within 48 hours. Contact us and we'll remove everything we have about you.
